Welcome to the website of the North Oaks Community Foundation (NOCF), a Minnesota nonprofit corporation operating at www.northoakscf.org (the “Website”). NOCF is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status; upon IRS approval, contributions will be tax-deductible retroactive to our incorporation date (September 2025). Donors are responsible for consulting tax advisors regarding deductibility. NOCF uses third-party processors for payments; their terms may also apply.
