Welcome to the website of the North Oaks Community Foundation (NOCF), a Minnesota nonprofit corporation operating at www.northoakscf.org (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and its content. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Use of the Website You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about NOCF’s mission, activities, and donation opportunities. NOCF may terminate or restrict access at its discretion without notice.

2. Donations Donations made through the Website are voluntary and irrevocable once processed. NOCF is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status; upon IRS approval, contributions will be tax-deductible retroactive to our incorporation date (September 2025). Donors are responsible for consulting tax advisors regarding deductibility. NOCF uses third-party processors for payments; their terms may also apply.

3. Intellectual Property All content on the Website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by NOCF or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
